2019 – Presentation of the new urban hydrogen bus – the H2.City Gold – in partnership with Toyota.

2020 – Toyota Motor Europe strengthens its strategic alliance with CaetanoBus, through Toyota Caetano Portugal, which becomes a direct shareholder of CaetanoBus.

2021 – Zero-Emissions Caetano buses now have the Toyota brand (through the co-branding of e.City Gold and H2.City Gold).
